Essential cookies and local/session storage support authentication, session management, account security, CSRF protection, language preferences, and core app functionality. These technologies are required for the service to function.
If analytics consent allows it, Kompetr uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions (for example page views, browser/device metadata, and approximate location). Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Data retention is controlled in our GA4 property settings.
Where required, Google Privacy & Messaging or another Google-certified CMP may ask for consent for advertising cookies and related ad purposes. If advertising consent allows it, we may use Google AdSense, Google Ads, or related partners to deliver ads to Free users, measure ad performance, limit repetition, support conversion tracking, and measure campaigns or remarketing where enabled. These technologies may use cookies or identifiers such as _gcl_au or IDE where supported. We do not sell personal data.
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-abuse checks to protect signups, contact forms, password reset, invite flows, and other sensitive actions from bots and spam. These checks may create short-lived tokens or process technical signals needed to verify that a request is legitimate.
If you purchase a paid plan, Paddle may use payment-related cookies, redirects, checkout sessions, customer portal sessions, fraud-prevention signals, and transaction identifiers to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. These are used only when you interact with paid billing features.
Preferences cookies remember settings such as language or display choices. These are optional and only set with your consent.
Where Google Privacy & Messaging or another consent message is shown, you can use it to make or update choices for analytics and advertising purposes. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect sign-in, session persistence, and other core features.
Third-party cookies, redirects, scripts, or identifiers may be used by providers such as Google, Paddle, Resend, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare where needed for analytics, advertising, payments, emails, support, security, or anti-abuse protection. We do not directly control third-party cookies. Their use is governed by each provider's own privacy and cookie policies.
